Team for Capella is a commercial add-on that has to be installed both on a client (classic Capella product) and a server. It is controlled by a License Server,
Before installing the product, please read the required configuration (§3.2 of the installation guide).
Installing Team for Capella in System Modeling Workbench (SMW), requires a specific download and procedure.

This archive contains:
- client installer: extends Capella with additional collaborative features.
- lic-server: floating license server, allows several users to share the same product licenses, each license can be used by only one user simultaneously (2.6.4)
- the license server can be downloaded separately:
- 2.7.0 (Windows, Linux x86_64, Linux aarch64) - released on July 19, 2024 with modernized platform aligned on the same components than Capella 7.0 and a new HTTP(s) based token exchange protocol. Compatible with Team for Capella 6.1.
- server: hosts the shared Capella models and representations, manages the repository, the locks and the access rights.
- tools: several scripts, properties files and pre-configured jobs to configured a Jenkins as a scheduler allowing to manage the Team for Capella Server and to do periodic imports of models and backups of the servers's internal database. It can also manage the license server.
- client update site: contains the Team for Capella client update site.
This version must be installed on a Capella 7.0.0 for Windows.
